- Pick Your Base – Snapback, rope trucker, dad hat, 5‑panel, 7‑panel, foamie, beanie.
- Choose Materials – Cotton twill, wool blend, corduroy, performance mesh, ripstop, canvas.
- Add Your Mark – Leather patch, woven label, PVC/rubber patch, chenille, direct embroidery (flat or 3D/puff), applique, print transfer.
- Finish the Details – Rope color, visor style (flat/curved), under‑brim color, eyelets, closure (snap, buckle, velcro), inside taping, custom tag.
- Approve + We Produce – You’ll receive a digital proof within 2–3 business days. Production begins after approval.

What is your contact info?
We prefer electronic communications to keep a clear record—any team member can reference past discussions about your order.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times are estimates. During the communication with our team we will provide you an expected delivery date.
- Production: Typically, 10-14 business days (Monday–Friday) after order placement.
- Shipping: Via UPS or USPS, usually 2–5 business days to deliver.
What is your minimum order quantity for custom orders?
We require a minimum of 12 hats for custom orders.
What is the proofing process for custom orders?
We don't start production until your bulk order is placed and paid for. Here's how it works:
- You'll receive digital renderings of the stitching for your feedback and approval.
- We test-stitch every design internally to meet our high-quality standards before full production. No hat leaves our facility without passing our checks!
Can I order caps that aren’t listed on your site?
Our ordering page shows all standard options. For large orders (100+ hats) and unlisted styles, we may source blanks—just email cs@ACapClub.com to discuss.
How do I reorder with an existing logo?
Simply email us at cs@ACapClub.com or check your website profile to start the process again!
Where are your hats made?
All customization happens in-house at our Saint Petersburg, Florida facility. Blank hats are sourced globally, but we offer a USA-made option (additional cost applies—ask for details).
