At American Cap Club, we want you to love your cap as much as we loved making it. That's why we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: The cap must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exceptions: Personalized, custom-embroidered, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cs@ACapClub.com or via our website's contact form. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if requested.

Receive Instructions: We'll send you detailed instructions within 1-2 business days. Shipping cost on all returns is the customer's responsibility.

Ship It Back: Pack the cap securely and ship it using the provided label. All returns are the customer's responsibility for shipping costs.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 5-7 business days after shipment), we'll process your request.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. This includes the item price but excludes original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges: If you'd like a different size, style, or color, let us know during your return request—we'll do our best to accommodate!

Store Credit: Offered as an alternative for faster processing.
Our Commitment
If your cap arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund—no questions asked. Just contact us immediately.
